Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, with 1,000+ stores, seeks a Sales Associate – Optical – Bilingual Spanish. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Responsibilities include helping customers choose eyewear, dispensing glasses, educating on care, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires 1+ year retail/customer service experience and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.

• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.
