Job summary

National Vision's America’s Best Optical is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. Bilingual in English and Spanish, you’ll assist customers with frame selections, lens choices, and answer questions to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

You’ll support sales goals, maintain accurate records, and help keep the store organized and on-brand while providing eye-care product knowledge and friendly service to diverse customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

What You’ll Need

Experience & Skills
