Job Description

What would you do? – The Specifics

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Meet sales objectives set by National Vision.
• Maintain awareness of same-day service using the “Ready When Promised” production board.
• Ensure customers receive quality products in a timely manner.
• Assist with answering phones efficiently following National Vision telephone protocol.
• Handle customer service complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Review reasons for redos and implement practices to correct issues, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Check order status and notify customers of arrivals or delays.
• Perform daily intra-web functions, including monitoring canceled jobs, backorder lists, and problem jobs.
• Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses, if permitted by state law.
• Provide insertion and removal training for contact lenses as directed by management and permitted by law.
• Maintain store cleanliness policies at all times.
• Complete inventory counts and replenish stock as necessary.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Keep the eyeglass department clean and organized.
• Follow inventory control and loss prevention procedures at all times.
