Job summary

National Vision in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You’ll help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget, dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses where permitted, and educate customers on eyewear care.

You will maintain accurate customer records, communicate order status, answer phone calls, keep the store clean and merchandised to brand standards, and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

Experience & Skills: 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred

Versatility: Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
