Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Sales Associate in Odessa, TX to engage customers on the showroom floor, help them find the right products, and maintain a vibrant sales environment. You will also assist with merchandise organization, basic clerical tasks, and contribute to a positive, high-energy team atmosphere.

The role emphasizes physical tasks, flexible hours (9:00 am–8:00 pm), and a compensation package that includes hourly pay with potential incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
• Preferred: High School diploma, GED or equivalent; High energy with the ability to perform all store functions; Proper telephone etiquette; Maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
