Job summary

Aaron Sales And Leasing in Odessa, TX is hiring a Sales Associate to engage customers, drive sales, and maintain a clean, organized showroom. You’ll help customers find the right products and support cash wrap, merchandising and team effort.

This role offers an hourly wage of $13.75–$14.50 with eligibility for incentive pay based on performance, and benefits including health plans, a 401(k), paid time off, and an employee purchase program. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
