Job summary

The Crawford Group Nevada in North Las Vegas is seeking a Retail Associate to join our on‑site team. You will record sales accurately, accept payments, wrap items, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and inviting according to policy.

You will handle cash securely, answer questions about location, price, and product use, and help set up displays. The role requires flexibility and the ability to work nights or weekends as needed.

• Accept payment, make change, and bag items for customers.
• Maintain a clean, attractive store inside and out as directed by management.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and advertisements; answer questions about location, price, and use.
• Apply selling guidelines to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to promote sales.
• Accurately receive merchandise from vendors and maintain documentation.
• Read, count, and write to complete required documentation.
• Work with minimum supervision in a high‑stress environment when necessary.
• Prepare food and drinks, clean and maintain food prep area in compliance with health codes (by location).
• Secure all funds in safe or register; make timely drops and maintain cash drawer levels per policy.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by Management.

• Stock shelves, counters, coolers, and tables with merchandise; set up displays to promote sales.
• Accurately receive merchandise from vendors and maintain documentation.
• Read, count, and write to complete all required documentation.
• Perform any policy, change, system, or procedure the Company implements regarding the basic function of the position.
• Work with minimum supervision and handle essential duties in a high‑stress environment when necessary.
• Prepare food and drinks, clean, stock, and maintain food prep area in compliance with health codes (by location).
• Secure all funds in safe or register; make timely drops and maintain cash drawer levels per policy.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by Management.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds at 4 feet high, or 20 pounds at 5 feet high without assistance.
• Sit, stand, and work for up to a full 8‑hour shift; occasional extended shifts beyond 8 hours.
• Work unaccompanied, standing, without defined break periods; flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Work around fumes, odors, chemical agents, solvents, varying temperatures, and environmental conditions.
• Maintain balance and climb up to 5 feet on a ladder; access all store areas, including walk‑in coolers, freezers, register area, fuel islands, landscaping and car wash facilities.
• Operate and use all equipment necessary for the position.
