Job summary

The Crawford Group Nevada in North Las Vegas is hiring a store associate to support daily sales, cash handling, and customer service. The role includes maintaining shelf appearance, answering questions, and following health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities cover processing transactions, stocking, and assisting promotions while working a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends.

• Record each sale accurately, promptly and in accordance with Company policy and standards.
• Accept payment and make change for merchandise and services; wrap or bag items for customers.
• Maintain a clean, attractive store inside and out, as directed by management.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and advertisements; answer customer questions about location, price, and use.
• Apply Company selling guidelines to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Stock shelves, counters, coolers, and tables with merchandise; set up displays to promote sales.
• Accurately receive merchandise from vendors and maintain documentation.
• Read, count, and write to complete all required documentation.
• Perform any policy, change, system, or procedure the Company implements regarding the basic function of the position.
• Work with minimum supervision and handle essential duties in a high‑stress environment when necessary.
• Prepare food and drinks, clean, stock, and maintain food prep area in compliance with health codes (by location).
• Secure all funds in safe or register; make timely drops and maintain cash drawer levels per policy.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by Management.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds at 4 feet high, or 20 pounds at 5 feet high without assistance.
• Sit, stand, and work for up to a full 8‑hour shift; occasional extended shifts beyond 8 hours.
• Work unaccompanied, standing, without defined break periods; flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Work around fumes, odors, chemical agents, solvents, varying temperatures, and environmental conditions.
• Maintain balance and climb up to 5 feet on a ladder; access all store areas, including walk‑in coolers, freezers, register area, fuel islands, landscaping and car wash facilities.
• Operate and use all equipment necessary for the position.
