GENERAL FUNCTION
As a Sales Associate, you are key to ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and customer service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales targets and meet company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and offering solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering professional relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for results, with a goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
