Job summary

Knitwellgroup in Peabody, MA is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

You will share product knowledge, drive loyalty programs, and create a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools. This role supports merchandising, inventory, and store organization while upholding brand standards and teamwork. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
