Job summary

WHBM Woodbury is seeking a Sales Associate in Woodbury, MN to deliver a customer-centered experience. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and guide them through omnichannel options while promoting loyalty programs. You’ll support merchandising, inventory, and store organization, all while upholding brand visuals and teamwork.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with a focus on a friendly, proactive customer experience and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Age requirements vary by state: at least 18 in most states and at least 16 in certain states.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
