Crosby’s Stores is seeking a friendly Sales Associate in New York. You’ll deliver outstanding customer experience, maintain a clean, safe store, and support sales and profitability goals throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include providing prompt service, preparing fresh items, promoting Crosby’s Rewards, handling cash, and following safety standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive customer focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• 18+ preferred.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Friendly, reliable and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Report any cash discrepancies and follow cash handling procedures.
• Help monitor inventory and prevent loss.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays stocked and organized.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment inside and out.
• Identify and address safety hazards and report maintenance issues promptly.
