Job summary

Crosby’s Stores in New York is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience while keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll support sales and profitability goals during your shift.

Responsibilities include providing prompt service, handling transactions, promoting rewards, restocking, and maintaining compliance with food safety and store policies; overnight hours may include a shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Able to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
