Job summary

LOFT in Flowood, MS is hiring a Merchandising Associate/Stocks to join our women’s fashion team. You will map and plan store sets, lead a small team, and analyze reports to drive merchandising decisions while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience in a specialty womens retailer, a strong sense of personal style, and the ability to execute store sets with operational excellence.
