Job summary

LOFT in Flowood, MS is seeking a Sales Associate Visual/Merchandising to bring strong styling and merchandising skills to a fast-paced specialty retailer. You will engage customers, present product knowledge, and ensure peak visual standards daily.

The role requires 2+ years in merchandising, a hospitality mindset, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and comfort with POS systems. Regular/Part-time position with benefits offered.

About the role

Sales Associate Visual/ Merchandising:

2+ years experience merchandising and styling for a specialty retailer. Experience participating in the execution of a Store Set. Strong sense of personal style and understanding of current fashion trends. Ability to understand product knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to multi-task. Someone who can plan and make the vision of the story come alive! Must be able to have the ability to delegated and make smart moves for the visuals.
