Job summary

The Lash Lounge Memphis is seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Associate to provide an outstanding guest experience, facilitate stylist bookings, process deposits, and promote memberships and retail. You will be central to driving membership sales while delivering friendly service that keeps clients returning for lash services.

If you thrive in a fast-paced salon environment and enjoy selling, you will contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 120 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, facilitating our stylists' bookings, processing deposits, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!), and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N. for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!
