ClearWater Express Wash is seeking a friendly Sales Associate who enjoys helping customers and building positive relationships. You will welcome guests, provide exceptional customer service, explain car wash services, packages, and memberships, and recommend products based on guest needs.

In a full-time, day-shift role, you’ll operate at the pay station, promote memberships, handle questions, keep the workspace neat, and work with the team to maintain efficient location operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest service throughout every interaction.
• Learn and confidently explain our car wash services, packages, and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Promote and sell car wash memberships by clearly communicating their value and benefits.
• Engage with guests at the pay station and kiosk while creating a welcoming experience.
• Answer customer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
• Operate and maintain the pay station and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with professionalism and enthusiasm.
