Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to greet guests, explain wash services, and help customers choose the best membership options. You will be one of the first team members guests meet, delivering welcoming service at the pay station and kiosk.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Previous car wash experience is not required; training will cover products, memberships, and procedures to ensure a great guest experience

Qualifications

• No car wash experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, cashiering, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest service throughout every interaction.
• Learn and confidently explain our car wash services, packages, and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Promote and sell car wash memberships by clearly communicating their value and benefits.
• Engage with guests at the pay station and kiosk while creating a welcoming experience.
• Answer customer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
• Operate and maintain the pay station and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with professionalism and enthusiasm.
