ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are hiring Sales Associates to welcome guests, explain car wash services, and promote memberships. You will help customers choose the best options, answer questions, and ensure a positive, efficient guest experience across daily operations.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Previous car wash experience is not required; training is provided, with full-time day shifts and weekly hours

• Provide exceptional customer service and guest service throughout every interaction.
• Learn and confidently explain our car wash services, packages, and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Promote and sell car wash memberships by clearly communicating their value and benefits.
• Engage with guests at the pay station and kiosk while creating a welcoming experience.
• Answer customer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
• Operate and maintain the pay station and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with professionalism and enthusiasm.
