GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience every time. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Consistently deliver sales goals and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
2. Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
3. Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements to help customers find the perfect vision solution.
4. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
5. Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
6. Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
7. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 1+ years retail or customer service experience
3. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
4. Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
5. Strong sales skills and accountability for results, with a goal-oriented mindset
6. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
7. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment

Pay Range: $16.66 - $20.98
