GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience, helping establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements with optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with colleagues, management, and support staff.
• Maintain store appearance, keeping displays and inventory organized and attractive.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
• Strong sales skills and goal orientation
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Pay Range: $16.50 - $21.94. Compensation includes potential bonuses and benefits such as health care, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts.
