GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate sets the standard for quality in eye care and eyewear, ensuring every customer has the best experience. This role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and taking optical measurements, consulting with a licensed Optician as needed.
• Participate actively in maintaining a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Ensure the store’s appearance is attractive and organized, taking pride in displays and inventory.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $16.50 - $21.94 per hour.
