Role Overview

Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales goals through cultivating existing and new customer relationships.
2. Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
3. Assist patients in selecting frames and taking measurements with optical tools.
4. Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain store appearance.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and calculators
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with multitasking ability
