National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You will help customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle and budget, dispense eyewear and provide lens care guidance where permitted, and maintain accurate customer records. Training programs and growth opportunities are available in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Assist customers and deliver exceptional service to meet store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens care guidance where allowed by law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate order status, answer calls and keep the store clean and merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.

As a Sales Associate , you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals

Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget

Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)

Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care

Maintain accurate customer and patient records

Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards

Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures

Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

Experience & Skills: 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred. Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.

Versatility: Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
