National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and achieving sales goals.

You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense lenses per state law, and educate on care and maintenance. The role requires maintaining records, handling inquiries, and keeping the store organized. National Vision emphasizes growth and team collaboration.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses per state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear care and lens upkeep.
• Maintain accurate customer records and process orders.
• Answer phone calls and communicate order status.
• Keep store clean, organized and merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Sales Associate , you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals

Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget

Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)

Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care

Maintain accurate customer and patient records

Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards

Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures

Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

• Experience & Skills: 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Versatility: Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
