Position: Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder

Express seeks a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to provide excellent in-store customer experiences and manage opening and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating security systems.
• Override transactions at checkout as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety for all staff and customers.
• Assist with product launches per SOP.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 months preferred.
• Proficient with technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Critical Skills & Attributes

• Previous retail experience preferred.
