Job Description

What would you do? – The specifics

• Greet customers and provide high-quality customer service.
• Meet sales objectives.
• Maintain awareness of same-day service using the production board.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Answer phones efficiently following protocol.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
• Review and correct reasons for redos, ensuring quality standards.
• Update customers on order status and delays.
• Perform daily intra-web functions like checking job statuses.
• Assist with dispensing eyewear and contact lenses, if permitted.
• Train customers on contact lens insertion/removal as directed by management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory and visual merchandising.
• Follow inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Oversee sales floor operations, opening and closing store properly.
• Handle bank deposits and cash transactions per policies.
• Lead and supervise team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Address customer service issues and vendor problems.
• Ensure compliance with store and corporate policies.
