Job summary

PAL Management, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to greet guests, build rapport, and promote our jewelry collection while also introducing consumer electronics and tools to customers. You will assist, educate, and guide purchasing decisions to meet sales targets in a welcoming environment.

The role requires maintaining store appearance, participating in training, and following safety procedures to ensure a secure, efficient shopping experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and connect with them to establish rapport while maintaining an inviting store appearance.
• Assist guests in selecting jewelry and other items, providing information on features and benefits.
• Educate customers about electronics and tools to help them make informed purchases.
• Achieve sales per hour goals through effective customer engagement and suggestive selling.
• Test and clean jewelry, electronics, and tools to ensure quality and maximize profitability.
• Merchandise jewelry, electronics, and tools areas according to company standards to create an attractive display.
• Promote and sell Trade-In and Jewelry Trade Up plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; participate in training and store meetings.
