Job description

Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. The Sales Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury‑retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Complete daily operational tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Process transactions efficiently, support inventory cycles, and assist teammates in functional areas as required.
  • Foster a collaborative, trust‑based environment and participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
  • Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad or laptop), and walkie‑talkie use.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling and data acquisition skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform other related tasks.
Schedule

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days, including public holidays.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base pay range: $15.00–$19.25 per hour.
