Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate at our Middletown store. You will guide customers using our bedMATCH diagnostic system, leveraging tablets and mobile POS to deliver a personalized mattress shopping experience.

The role offers an hourly wage with bonuses, plus a strong benefits package and paid time off. Expect a 4–5 day work week, 40–55 hours, and opportunities for growth in a fast-growing national retailer committed to quality sleep and customer service

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends; 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset showroom floor, and assist customers with loading mattresses.
• Provide a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focused on improving sleep solutions.
• Use of tablets, mobile POS and the bedMATCH system.
• Team-oriented attitude, high energy and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Associates the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
