Job summary

WHBM in Madison, WI is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a hospitality-driven shopping experience. You will build genuine connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service on the sales floor and across omnichannel channels.

You'll support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store presentation while contributing to a collaborative team. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required to thrive in this role.
