Job summary

White House Black Market in Madison, WI is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment. You will build genuine connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service on the sales floor and across omnichannel touchpoints.

You'll contribute to store performance through teamwork, merchandising support, and a proactive approach to guest experience while maintaining brand standards and a visually inspiring environment.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
