White House Black Market in Lansing, MI is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and drive a positive, hospitality‑driven shopping experience. You’ll be part of a team that values service, style, and personal connections on the sales floor.

You’ll handle inventory replenishment, assist with visual merchandising, and contribute to store goals while developing product expertise.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
