Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our Tyler, TX location. You will greet customers, explain tanning services, and help drive memberships and repeat visits in a fast-paced salon environment.

You should be a strong communicator with a customer-service focus and a proven ability to meet sales targets. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
