Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and provides courteous service per Best In Class standards
• Maintains store appearance and readiness for business during all hours
• Handles customer conflicts using MAKE IT RIGHT approach
• Performs shift duties as assigned by Store Manager
• Follows all laws and store policies during operation
• Records hours and processes sales accurately on the register
• Monitors and reports cash handling discrepancies
• Promotes Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers
• Ensures safety and cleanliness of the store environment
• Maintains stock levels on coolers and shelves
• Keeps equipment clean and maintained and reads pricing as listed
• Adheres to shift checklists and reports maintenance needs promptly
• Treats coworkers and customers with dignity and respect
• Follows security procedures for cash and assets
• Supports merchandising and pricing accuracy as directed
• Participates in company contests and suggests upsell opportunities
