• Ensures store appearance meets company expectations and remains open and ready for business during all hours.
• Handles customer conflicts using the MAKE IT RIGHT method.
• Performs tasks assigned by the Store Manager and follows all laws and scheduling.
• Records hours worked accurately and rings sales on the register without errors.
• Maintains safety, cash handling, and asset protection procedures.
