Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards
• Ensure store appearance reflects company expectations and standards
• Open and be ready for business during all hours
• Handle customer conflicts using the MAKE IT RIGHT method
• Follow the work schedule as posted and record hours accurately
• Operate shift within company policies and reconcile sales discrepancies
• Record hours and sales accurately on the workstation
• Comply with company policies and treat coworkers and customers with dignity and respect
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers and monitor for misuse of points or discounts
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe shopping environment
