Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is hiring enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Voorhees Township. You will greet guests, present the Orangetheory concept, and conduct studio tours while guiding intro experiences with trainers.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with enthusiasm and energy.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested customers, also known as intros.
• Give studio tours to potential members and guide intros through their first workout.
• Collaborate with trainers to support intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and drive revenue.
• Follow up on prospective clients to convert interest into membership.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to attract new members.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.

To be considered for the role you must be able to work the following schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1pm - 8:30pm + Saturday 6:45am - 1pm
