Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Mission Viejo studio. You will greet guests with energy, present the Orangetheory concept, and guide intros through the first workout with trainers. Sell memberships and follow up with prospective clients to support studio growth.

Ideal candidates are positive, communicative, and comfortable in a collaborative fitness environment. Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is preferred, with opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and explain the Orangetheory concept.
• Ability to close memberships and follow up with prospective clients.
• Enthusiastic team member capable of working in a fast-paced fitness studio.

Responsibilities

• Greet studio guests with energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested individuals (intros).
• Give studio tours to potential members.
• Guide intros through their first workout with trainers.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients to convert interest to sign-ups.
• Participate in local marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
