Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team. You will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting the OTF concept, and assisting in workout sessions. Your role will also involve participating in outreach events and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
