Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Stoughton, MA is hiring a Sales Associate to assist customers, advise on home furnishing solutions, keep the floor tidy and stocked, and act as a consultant to inspire purchases.

You will guide customers to top‑selling products, assemble display items for new product introductions, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive shopping experience. One year of retail sales experience preferred; hourly wage range shown below.

The hourly pay range for this role is $19.91-$28.12

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.91 USD to 28.12 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
