Job summary

IKEA Paramus is seeking a part-time Sales & Merchandising Associate to help customers find the best solutions for their homes. You will keep the sales floor tidy, help price and stock products, and act as a product consultant to inspire shoppers.

This role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and a customer-first mindset. You will work 12–20 hours per week, including some weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, with hourly pay between $19.91 and $28.12.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant sales & merchandising work experience.
• Experience in retail, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
• Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.91 USD to 28.12 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.

HOURS - 12-20 hours per week. Must be able to work some weekdays and weeknights, and must have complete open working availability on weekends between the hours of 9:00AM to 10:30PM.

The hourly pay rate range for this role is $19.91 - $28.12
