Job summary

Huck’s Market is seeking a Sales Associate to join the store team in a full- or part-time capacity. You will greet customers, maintain store appearance, and ensure the store is open and ready for business during all hours.

You will handle conflicts, follow policies, and perform tasks assigned by the Store Manager. Role includes suggesting sales, recording transactions accurately, and actively promoting the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers promptly and provides courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards
• Ensures store appearance reflects company expectations and standards
• Ensures the store is open and ready for business during all hours
• Handles customer conflicts using MAKE IT RIGHT
• Performs tasks as assigned by the Store Manager
• Follows all laws and posted schedules
• Operates shift within company guidelines and policies
• Records hours worked and sales accurately
• Promotes Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers
