Job summary

Huck’s Market in Tennessee is seeking a Sales Associate for either full-time or part-time shifts. You will greet customers, provide courteous service, maintain a welcoming store appearance, and assist with cash handling to support store profitability.

You will follow company policies, resolve conflicts using MAKE IT RIGHT, and actively promote the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app while helping ensure a safe, clean shopping environment and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards
• Maintain store appearance reflecting company expectations and standards
• Ensure the store is open and ready during all hours
• Handle customer conflicts using MAKE IT RIGHT method
• Adhere to Vision/Mission THA N KS and follow management directions
• Record hours accurately and ring all sales on the register with accuracy
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers and assist with sign-up and usage
• Maintain cash handling procedures and ensure a safe shopping environment
• Keep shelves and displays stocked and price merchandise correctly
• Follow shift duty checklist and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
