Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure the store is open and ready for business during all hours.
• Handle customer conflicts using the MAKE IT RIGHT method.
• Record hours and sales accurately on the register and manage cash/price discrepancies.
