Job summary

Massage Envy in South Pasadena, CA, is seeking Sales & Customer Associate to help clients understand the benefits of massage, skincare, and stretch services. You will build relationships with members and guests while promoting memberships and retail products.

The role offers a commission-based component and growth opportunities in a dynamic wellness environment. A friendly, customer-focused team culture and ongoing product training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make clients feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future services; encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

The role of a Sales & Customer s associate at Massage Envy involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at helping clients understand the benefits of regular massages, skin care and stretch, Key Responsibilities include establishing relationships with members and guest, connecting clients with relationships-built, scripts and customer service. The position also offers a competitive compensation plan, including commission and incentive plans on membership and retail sales, as well as a dynamic environment for growth and refinement of sales and customer service skills.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
