Qualified Candidates:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding sales and customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and understood
• Educate clients on services, promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program, book future appointments, and encourage retail purchases based on provider recommendations
• Support clinic operations by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls and emails, and addressing questions
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts
