Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product selection, color matching, paint tinting and order processing. Support management and co-workers in day-to-day operation of the store. Maintain store appearance and organization, bringing a pleasant manner to the job and contributing to a professional and safe workplace. Full physical mobility is required for this position.
The work environment consists of physical conditions typical of a commercial store, sales floor environment. The job is performed while standing with regular walking and the lifting and carrying of various paint containers and related items. The surfaces are hard, flat cement floors.
Full-physical mobility is required for the performance of every store position. Employees are required to use provided PPE, lift and movement assist methods and equipment to reduce the risk of injury.
