Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to support store operations, maintain cash handling accuracy, and help ensure a safe, customer-focused environment. You will learn to operate a cash register and computer console while reporting to the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively in English, can work irregular schedules including weekends and holidays, and are capable of lifting up to 20 lbs. This full-time role may include benefits for medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials, and/or place or remove signage.
• Work mostly indoors, with some periods outside.
• Capable of working in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling.
• Lighting/fixtures cleaning and maintenance.
• Ensure the security of all inventory and currency to prevent theft and inventory shrinkage.
• Learn to operate a cash register, computer console, and other related equipment.
• Report to the Store Manager within the company policies and procedures.
