Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to support daily store operations, handle cash transactions, and assist customers with a focus on safety and profitability. You will learn to operate cash registers and POS systems while upholding company policies.

The role requires flexibility for irregular shifts, weekends, and holidays, with potential eligibility for medical benefits for full-time staff. Training and supervision are provided at the store level.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
• Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials when needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and operating a cash register.
• Help maintain lighting/fixtures and store cleanliness.
• Ensure the security of inventory and currency to prevent theft.
